- A bespoke 45-minute massage designed around chosen areas. Rather than a full-body treatment, this experience allows focus on the areas that need it most - whether that’s the shoulders, back, neck, or legs. Our therapist will tailor the treatment to relax, restore, or energise the body and mind.
- Enjoy two hours of relaxation in JAYDE Spa, complete with jacuzzi, steam, sauna and cold plunge.
- Robe, towel & slipper hire is available on the day at additional cost of £5.

Redeem within 6 months
Vouchers are valid for six months from purchase. Enter the code at checkout when you book online.

What a voucher does, and what it doesn’t.
How long are vouchers valid?
Six months from the date of purchase.
What can a voucher be used for?
The experience it was bought for: the JAYDE Class & Spa Experience or the JAYDE Signature Massage & Spa Experience in Liverpool, or the JAYDE Spa Experience in Manchester.
Can vouchers be exchanged for cash?
No. They can be transferred to another person on request — email us with both names.
How do recipients redeem?
A unique code on the voucher is entered at checkout, or quoted at the desk on arrival. If you'd like a hand booking it in, contact us at hello@jaydespa.com and we'll arrange everything.
Can I print or share the certificate?
Yes. Every voucher comes with a designed certificate you can view online, download as a high-resolution image, print (or save as a PDF) and share by link. It carries a QR code our team scan to verify it and record what's been used.
